2020 Châteaunuef du Pape rouge

Description

2019 vintage

“Glistening ruby.  Spice-accented red and blue fruits, garrigue and a int of smokiness on the perfumed nose. Sappy and focused in the mouth, offering appealingly sweet black raspberry cherry, cherry and floral pastille flavors that slowly deepen with air. Smooth, rounded tannins frame a long, juicy finish that echoes the cherry and herbal notes.”

91 Points!  Vinous.    July 2021-Josh Raynolds. Drink 2023-2032

2020 vintage

“The 2020 Chateauneuf du Pape is juicy and inviting. It blends 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah, displaying a very ripe fruit profile with notes of kirsch liquor, black cherry, mint and melted licorice. Full-bodied and polished”

91 Points!  Vinous.    Nicolas Greinacher. Drink 2024-2034

2022 Châteaunuef du Pape blanc

Description

Grenache blanc (45%) Roussanee (35%) Clairette (10%) Bourboulenc (10%)

“Classy hints of pencil shavings frame tangerine and lime notes on the nose of the 2018 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc. It’s medium to full-bodied, with a silky feel and a fine, elegant line of acidity that runs through the long finish.”
